Payments · Coming mid-September

Collect your membership fees effortlessly

By mid-September, Martial Apps will allow you to fully automate the billing and payment collection of membership fees.

As a club owner, you first go through an identity check to enable the receiving of money. Then you set parameters like pricing structure, billing moment, payment terms, automatic reminders, and more. After that, sit back and watch Martial Apps do the job every month. You monitor the dashboard and deal with exceptions.

Club members enter their debit card, credit card, or allow direct debit, and everything is automatic afterwards. A few days ahead of time, members get a reminder. On the billing date, they receive a billing record with details. Cash is automatically collected a few days later. If payments are overdue, an automated reminder process is triggered and alerts are sent to the club owner.

Under the hood, we use Stripe, a leading payment provider with bank-level security. They store all financial data and do all the processing, making Martial Apps fully secure.

Roadmap · Fall 2026

Event Organizer

A martial arts event attracts a great crowd but it takes a lot of work. Contacting teachers, defining lessons, receiving registrations and payments, planning sessions on rings, checking people in, dealing with last minute session changes, communicating with your participants, following up after the event. It adds up.

Good news. Our upcoming Event Organizer module will have you covered. In a first version, we'll cover seminars and lessons. A later version will cover tournaments too.

As the organizer, you first prepare the event. Create a floor plan of your venue and map out your rings. List all sessions and assign them to rings and start times. Get participant data from your website. Quickly adjust your schedule if change comes.

On the day of the event, process check-ins quickly and reduce the queues. Communicate the day's plan digitally. Quickly apply last-minute schedule changes and automatically notify your participants so that they are informed at all times.

Participants download a free app after registering. It allows them an effortless check-in and provides a personal agenda of where to be at what time. They can click their favourite sessions or tag favourite teachers. As the organizer, you see what's popular and you can adapt quickly to meet demand.

We won't stop at lessons or tournaments though. A lot more functionality is in the works to make your event a success. Stay tuned.

Our users build the app by giving us suggestions and ideas. We listen.

Release 4 is out, bringing teacher schedules to the calendar. We're already planning release 5, which will bring other scheduling improvements.
