Who is Martial Apps?
Martial Apps is a dojo management software that supports the growth of your school or club, reduces your administration time by more than half, and engages your students with customizable learning and games. We support various martial arts styles and multiple languages. We pride ourselves on our excellent support and data privacy.
Our Story
When our founder was practising karate at home, he got stuck in a sequence of moves and forgotten what to do next. Unable to find the answer on YouTube, he filmed his sensei and built a small mobile app. This led to a wider discussion about pain points in managing a martial arts club: administration, student engagement, software that didn't quite fit, and more. When many other club owners confirmed this, Nick decided to close the gap.
Combining his own martial arts expertise with deep IT project management experience, Nick designed Martial Apps. Our comprehensive solution automates dojo management and frees up your time to do what you love: teach students and interact with your peers. Our customizable learning platform and in-app games increase student engagement and retention, which directly translates into revenue growth for your club.
We deeply understand the unique needs of martial arts schools. Our software covers attendance, messaging, belt progression, a video library, member management, payments, lesson plans, newsletters, tournaments, secure picture and video sharing, gamification features, document management, and a martial arts knowledge base. Meet Nick
As a dedicated martial artist and IT professional, I understand the unique challenges dojo owners face every day. The endless paperwork, tracking attendance, managing payments. It all takes time away from what truly matters: teaching students.
I founded Martial Apps to solve this problem. By combining my experience as a Shotokan karate practitioner with my background in IT project management, I'm building the platform I wish existed when I started my martial arts journey.
